These terms apply to the plumbing services provided by Mr Flow Plumbing (ABN 49 158 326 268) ("Mr Flow", "we", "us") and to your use of our website. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services across Sydney, NSW, including emergency plumbing, burst pipes, gas leaks, blocked drains, hot water, and taps and toilets. We are fully licensed and insured.

2. Quotes & pricing

• Prices advertised as "from" a stated amount (e.g. "from $69", "from $99*", "from $49*") are starting prices for straightforward jobs and are not a fixed quote.
• The final price depends on the nature, location and severity of the work. We will confirm a fixed, upfront price with you before commencing any chargeable work.
• Amounts marked with an asterisk (*), cashback offers and similar promotions are subject to eligibility, availability and conditions, and may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices include GST.

3. Same-day service & call-out offers

Where we advertise "same-day service or it's free" or "$0 call-out", these offers apply to bookings made before our daily cut-off time, within our standard service area, and subject to technician availability and reasonable access to the site. If we are unable to attend the same day after you book before cut-off, we will waive the call-out fee for that booking. Emergency response times are targets, not guarantees.

4. Bookings, access & cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site and accurate information about the issue. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major cards, bank transfer and cash. For larger jobs, ask us about available payment options.

6. Workmanship guarantee

We back our workmanship with a lifetime workmanship guarantee: if a fault arises from our workmanship, we will rectify it at no cost. This guarantee does not cover faults caused by parts or materials supplied by others, fair wear and tear, misuse, or issues outside the scope of the work we performed. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products.

7. Consumer guarantees & liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach is limited to re-supplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
